1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all services offered by bdtje including, but not limited to, sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live dealer casino games, slot games, bingo, and any promotional or bonus products. All services are offered in English and are directed exclusively at residents of Bangladesh who are aged 18 or above.

The bdtje platform operates on a best-efforts basis to ensure continuous availability. However, bdtje does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of nature.

• These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and bdtje.
• bdtje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any waiver of a provision of these Terms by bdtje in one instance does not constitute a continuing waiver of that provision.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• These Terms are applicable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) public holidays such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16).

2. Age Restriction

bdtje is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, participate in any game or betting market, or claim any bonus or promotional offer. This requirement applies without exception to all players, including players accessing the platform from any city or district within Bangladesh — including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, bdtje requires all players to submit valid proof of age prior to processing their first withdrawal. Accepted forms of identification include the Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence displaying a date of birth. Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may have their withdrawal and deposit functionality suspended until verification is completed satisfactorily.

• Age verification is mandatory for all withdrawal requests regardless of account tenure or transaction history.
• bdtje may request additional age verification documents at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of underage access.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to implement device-level parental controls to prevent access by minors.
• bdtje will not accept liability for losses incurred where a player has provided false age information during registration.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) bdtje account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where bdtje identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances confiscated pending investigation.

When registering an account with bdtje, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any registered information changes.

• Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh aged 18 and above only.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP codes.
• bdtje reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• You must not register using a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service that misrepresents your actual location.
• Account registration confirms your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.
• bdtje may require additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bdtje supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (Rocket), and direct bank transfers to BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally credited to your bdtje wallet within 5 to 15 minutes of a confirmed transfer. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance, subject to the processing times of the originating financial institution. bdtje is not responsible for delays caused by the payment processor or your bank.

Withdrawal requests submitted via mobile financial services are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during peak processing hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your bdtje account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• All funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of a deposit can be processed (to prevent money laundering via the payment system).
• bdtje reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large transactions, defined as single transactions exceeding ৳50,000.
• Deposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• bdtje does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Unused balances held in a dormant account (no login for 180 consecutive days) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month after the dormancy period has elapsed.

5. Bonus Terms & Promotional Offers

bdtje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific terms of a promotion and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific terms of a promotion, all bonus funds awarded by bdtje are subject to a standard wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal derived from or associated with the bonus may be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the stated requirements.
• Only certain game types may contribute to wagering requirements. Live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced percentage — refer to specific promotion pages for details.
• bdtje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus during the restriction period.
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds — typically ৳500 per single wager unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit will not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered bdtje player, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local restrictions and that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the bdtje platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Bangladesh. By registering with bdtje, you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and that you are fully aware of the nature of the services being offered.

You agree not to use the bdtje platform in any manner that disrupts, interferes with, or impairs the experience of other players or the operation of the platform itself. You further agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the bdtje platform without the express written consent of bdtje management.

• You must not attempt to circumvent any security feature, encryption mechanism, or access control implemented on the bdtje platform.
• You must not engage in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation when placing sports bets.
• You must not impersonate another player, bdtje employee, or third-party representative on any bdtje communication channel.
• You must not use the bdtje platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• You must not exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform glitches for financial gain. Any winnings generated from such exploitation may be voided.
• You must not make chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials at all times and notify bdtje immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

7. Account Closure & Responsible Gaming Restrictions

You may request the permanent closure of your bdtje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bdtje will process the request within 2 business days. Any remaining verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements.

bdtje offers a range of voluntary responsible gaming restrictions that you may activate at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (30 days to permanent). Once a restriction is applied, it takes effect immediately. Restrictions that limit your activity can be applied instantly; however, lifting a restriction or extending its period requires a mandatory cooling-off period before the change takes effect.

bdtje reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being operated in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the welfare of the player. In such cases, bdtje will endeavour to provide notice where legally and operationally permissible and will return any verified balance minus any amounts subject to investigation or forfeiture.

• Account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons will be processed with priority and cannot be reversed during the requested restriction period.
• Players who self-exclude may not create new accounts during the exclusion period. Any new account created in breach of an active self-exclusion will be closed and all deposits returned.
• Upon permanent account closure, your personal data will be retained for the minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and then securely deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be flagged as dormant and subject to the inactivity fee policy described in Section 4.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdtje's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of verified deposits made by you to bdtje in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial loss arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the bdtje platform, even where bdtje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. bdtje provides its platform as a fair, transparent, and secure environment, but cannot and does not guarantee any particular outcome for any wager or game. All game results are determined by certified random number generators or by real-world sporting outcomes. bdtje is not responsible for your gambling decisions or the outcomes of any wager placed on the platform.

• bdtje does not warrant that the platform is free from errors, viruses, or other technically harmful components, though we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform integrity.
• bdtje is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to comply with your account security obligations, including losses arising from compromised login credentials.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised within 7 days of the relevant game or bet settlement. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.
• bdtje's decisions on matters of dispute are final and binding, subject to any formal dispute resolution process described in our FAQ.
• These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law that cannot be excluded by contract.
